Norauto Málaga Marbella

I called Norauto at 11:20 as my battery needed to be replaced and I asked them if it was possible to come to my home as they advertise that it is €30 extra. They could not tell me at what time the technician would come but they guaranteed that it would be the same day. Around 2pm the technician called me to let me know that he would come after 4PM. At 7PM still no news so I called the main office again and they confirmed that he would still come that evening. At 8:30pm the technician called me to let me know that he would no longer come but he would come the next day but did not know at what time. I had to cancel my flight as I was going to the airport with my car. The next day I called the head office again as the technician did no longer answer and I wanted to make sure that he would come. The head office could no longer find me in their system while I had been on the phone with them at least 4 times the day before. Finally he came and charged €60 extra instead of €30. Never again!
